Refund policy

Kindly note that returns need to be notified within 7 days of delivery. No direct exchanges are available.

Returns are done only on standard sizes. Customised products can not be returned.

Refunds are only made in terms of a Credit Note. No cash refunds are not available.

Credit Note will be shared within 7-8 days after the order is picked up from the customer.

Each order is eligible for a return only once. Orders placed using a Credit Note are not eligible for any Returns or Refunds.

In the event of damaged merchandise, share unboxing videos, images and details through the provided link. Further steps for replacement or store credit will be communicated.

Misprints and color differences from website images are not considered damaged products. We only sell handcrafted products and these are all signs of authenticity.
Shipping charges are non - refundable.

All decisions are subject to verification and in accordance with this policy.

Return Process

State the return reason and select the item to be returned along with images in case of any defect/damages.

A return pickup will be initiated for orders within India.

Ensure the product is unworn.

Return requests for orders placed using a credit note will be rejected.

Credit Note

A credit note will be issued within 12 hours after the order reaches our warehouse. It will be provided via email.

The credit note is valid for a lifetime.

The credit will be for the sale amount of the returned products.

Shipping costs will not be credited back in any case.

International Orders

If you decide to return your order, you are responsible for shipping the product back and bearing the associated shipping and customs charges.

We do not facilitate reverse pick-ups for International Orders.

A credit note or refund will be issued for the value of the returned product only.

Shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.

International Orders are not eligible for exchanges. The refund of shipping charges varies on a case-by-case basis, and ultimately, all decisions are subject to verification and in accordance with this policy.

Alternatively, customers can request to return the product when someone is traveling from their country to India without incurring additional shipping costs.

In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you can share images as proof with us at contact@blushtree.in. The issue will be recorded, and further steps will be communicated to you. A credit note of the same value or a full refund can be made in such cases.

Refunds

REFUNDS WILL TAKE 20-25 WORKING DAYS.

Please Note : We only do money refunds only in case of Wrong or Damaged products being delivered, subject to verification by Blush Tree team. In any other case, a refund is made only is terms of CREDIT NOTE.

Returns take approximately 16 to 18 working days to reach the company.

All approved returns are refunded only in the form of a Credit Note (store credit).


Money refunds to the original mode of payment are issued only in cases where the product delivered is incorrect or damaged, subject to verification.


Post that it takes 2-3 business days to process the refund internally

It will take the bank or portal also 2-3 business days to process/reflect the refund.

A flat fee of Rs.200 will be deducted in case of any Money Refunds.

A refund will be made for the sale amount of the returned products.

Shipping costs will not be credited back in any case.


Damaged or Incorrect Products

  1. In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged or incorrect product, customers must share unboxing videos, images, and details through the provided link or via email at contact@blushtree.in

  2. Upon verification, a replacement or store credit may be offered, depending on availability and feasibility.
